Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- have passion for fitness and health
- one to three years of experience in a management role preferred
- computer proficiency including Microsoft Suite
- ability to learn systems quickly
- strong leadership, team building and coaching skills
- direct experience managing customer-focused teams in fitness or similar industry
- exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- hard working, enthusiastic and energetic management style
- organization, problem solving and planning skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- valid driver's license
- acceptable driving record
- own reliable means of transportation

Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, train and develop staff
- create and maintain welcoming atmosphere
- schedule staff and ensure shift coverage
- lead by example and maintain accountability
- administer payroll and employee records
- resolve employee issues and disciplinary actions
- manage front desk activities including member greetings and inquiries
- oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facility
- manage marketing promotions and staff training
- authorize expenditures and refunds
- prepare HR forms and payroll submissions
- track club statistics and reports
- provide backup support for absent employees
- perform other duties as assigned
