Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- one to three years management experience preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
- strong leadership and coaching abilities
- experience managing customer focused teams
- excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- hardworking, enthusiastic and energetic management style
- strong organizational and problem solving skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- one to three years of experience in a management role preferred
- computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- strong leadership, team building and coaching skills
- direct experience managing customer focused teams in fitness or similar industry
- exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- enthusiastic and energetic management style
- strong organization, problem solving and planning skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, train and develop high performing staff
- create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
- schedule staff and ensure all shifts are covered
- lead by example and maintain accountability through coaching and training
- administer weekly and bi-weekly employee payroll
- resolve employee issues and manage progressive discipline
- greet members and guests providing exceptional customer service
- answer phones and assist callers with inquiries
- check members in and conduct tours and sign ups
- oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facility
- ensure safety of employees, members and property
- manage marketing efforts and train staff on promotions
- authorize expenditures and refunds
- make daily bank deposits
- prepare HR forms for corporate HR and payroll
- track weekly, monthly, and annual statistics
- provide backup support for absent employees
- perform other duties as assigned
