Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong supervisory and listening skills
  • Passionate and energetic about health and fitness
  • Strong customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
  • Continual standing and walking during shift
  • Continual talking in person or phone

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least one year of customer service experience preferably in gym or retail
  • Current CPR certification
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Suite
  • Strong supervisory and communication skills
  • Passion for health and fitness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Assist in recruiting hiring training and developing staff
  • Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
  • Assist with staff management and provide backup support
  • Lead front desk activities including member check-in and customer service
  • Assist in overseeing cleanliness and maintenance of the club
  • Assist in ordering supplies and managing budget
  • Track statistics and reports
  • Manage marketing efforts
  • Make daily bank deposits
  • Perform other duties as assigned
