Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong supervisory and listening skills
- Passionate and energetic about health and fitness
- Strong customer service and problem resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual talking in person or phone
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience preferably in gym or retail
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Suite
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- Passion for health and fitness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Assist in recruiting hiring training and developing staff
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
- Assist with staff management and provide backup support
- Lead front desk activities including member check-in and customer service
- Assist in overseeing cleanliness and maintenance of the club
- Assist in ordering supplies and managing budget
- Track statistics and reports
- Manage marketing efforts
- Make daily bank deposits
- Perform other duties as assigned
