Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum one year customer service experience in gym or retail setting
  • Current CPR Certification required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to learn systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Energetic and hardworking with passion for fitness
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation required

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • One year of customer service experience preferably in a gym or retail environment
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • Strong supervisory and listening skills
  • Enthusiastic and energetic with a passion for health and fitness
  • Strong customer service and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff
  • Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests
  • Assist with staff management and provide backup support to Club Manager
  • Lead front desk activities including greeting members, answering phones and signing up new members
  • Assist in overseeing cleanliness and maintenance of the club
  • Assist in ordering supplies and managing the club budget
  • Manage marketing efforts and ensure staff are trained on promotions
  • Make daily bank deposits as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
