Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of kitchen or pizzaiolo experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Good communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a pizzaiolo or line cook
- Knowledge of Neapolitan pizza techniques and Southern Italian cuisine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Prepare Neapolitan pizzas and house-made pasta
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Execute kitchen operations efficiently during service
- Provide hands-on support on the line
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory and ingredient prep
