Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of kitchen or pizzaiolo experience
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a pizzaiolo or line cook
  • Knowledge of Neapolitan pizza techniques and Southern Italian cuisine
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties
