Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- strong attention to detail
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- experience in a professional kitchen setting
- knowledge of Italian cuisine, especially Roman style pizza
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- culinary degree or certification is a plus

- familiarity with health and safety regulations
Job Duties
- prepare and cook award-winning Roman style stone-fired pizzas
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- follow health and safety standards strictly
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- assist in menu development and improvements
- provide excellent customer service when required
