Job Duties

  • making fresh pizza dough daily
  • handling all aspects of dough and yeast management
  • preparing sauces from scratch
  • chopping and preparing various meats, vegetables, and other toppings
  • hand-stretching dough to order
  • assembling pizzas according to recipes or customer preferences
  • operating live fire pizza ovens
  • monitoring cooking temperatures for dough maturity
  • monitoring food stocks and placing supply orders
  • maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen workstation and equipment
  • ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene practices
  • collaborating with servers and other staff to fulfill orders timely
  • receiving and processing customer orders
  • operating POS system after training
  • engaging with customers in a friendly eager manner
