Job Duties
- making fresh pizza dough daily
- handling all aspects of dough and yeast management
- preparing sauces from scratch
- chopping and preparing various meats, vegetables, and other toppings
- hand-stretching dough to order
- assembling pizzas according to recipes or customer preferences
- operating live fire pizza ovens
- monitoring cooking temperatures for dough maturity
- monitoring food stocks and placing supply orders
- maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen workstation and equipment
- ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene practices
- collaborating with servers and other staff to fulfill orders timely
- receiving and processing customer orders
- operating POS system after training
- engaging with customers in a friendly eager manner
