Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • three to six months related culinary experience or training
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • capability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • good manual dexterity and knife skills

  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment including dough preparation machines
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

  • excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain highest standards for food quality and sanitation
  • assure timely preparation of all pizza station recipes
  • operate and be expert with the "Dough-Pro" machine
  • support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
  • prepare all necessary items for station as needed
  • practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
  • maintain proper temperature of equipment
  • perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
