Job Requirements
- Exemplify the triple t hospitality experience by dedicating oneself to delivering great guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests
- prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and standards
- ensure consistency and quality in pizza preparation, baking, and presentation
- follow portion control guidelines for dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings to minimize waste
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and ovens
- assist in the setup and breakdown of the pizza preparation and baking stations
- monitor pizza ingredients inventory levels and report shortages to the assistant kitchen manager
- conduct regular checks to ensure proper stock and quality of pizza ingredients
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, especially regarding dough handling and oven operation
- implement kitchen safety protocols to create a secure working environment
- ensure pizza ovens and related equipment are cleaned and maintained properly
- work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- assist in training new kitchen staff members
- communicate effectively with team members and management
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- basic knowledge of pizza preparation techniques including dough handling, topping assembly, and oven operation
- ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
- familiarity with pizza ovens, dough mixers, and pizza preparation tools
Job Duties
