Job Requirements

  • Exemplify the triple t hospitality experience by dedicating oneself to delivering great guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests
  • prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes and standards
  • ensure consistency and quality in pizza preparation, baking, and presentation
  • follow portion control guidelines for dough, sauce, cheese, and toppings to minimize waste
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and ovens
  • assist in the setup and breakdown of the pizza preparation and baking stations
  • monitor pizza ingredients inventory levels and report shortages to the assistant kitchen manager
  • conduct regular checks to ensure proper stock and quality of pizza ingredients
  • adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, especially regarding dough handling and oven operation
  • implement kitchen safety protocols to create a secure working environment
  • ensure pizza ovens and related equipment are cleaned and maintained properly
  • work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • assist in training new kitchen staff members
  • communicate effectively with team members and management

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • basic knowledge of pizza preparation techniques including dough handling, topping assembly, and oven operation
  • ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • experience in a high-volume restaurant setting
  • familiarity with pizza ovens, dough mixers, and pizza preparation tools
