Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related hospitality role
  • Ability to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends
  • Willingness to undergo credit and background checks
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining high food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Availability to work a 5-day work week with flexibility for holidays off

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent, some college or vocational training preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
  • Oversee and maintain high standards of food quality and preparation
  • Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff including hands-on leadership within the kitchen
  • Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve any customer concerns promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
  • Implement and uphold company policies and operational procedures
  • Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial performance of the restaurant
