Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related hospitality role
- Ability to work 50-55 hours per week including weekends
- Willingness to undergo credit and background checks
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to maintaining high food quality and cleanliness standards
- Availability to work a 5-day work week with flexibility for holidays off

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college or vocational training preferred
Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Oversee and maintain high standards of food quality and preparation
- Manage, train, and motivate restaurant staff including hands-on leadership within the kitchen
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve any customer concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
- Implement and uphold company policies and operational procedures
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial performance of the restaurant
