- experience managing a fast-casual restaurant or similar environment
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and communication abilities
- ability to work a 50 to 55 hour work week with a 5-day schedule
- willingness to undergo credit and background checks
- passion for food quality and customer satisfaction
