Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience managing a fast-casual restaurant or similar environment
  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and communication abilities
  • ability to work a 50 to 55 hour work week with a 5-day schedule
  • willingness to undergo credit and background checks
  • passion for food quality and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • enthusiasm for food and customer service
  • ability to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
  • experience with hands-on management in a kitchen environment
