Job Requirements
- Hs diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a pizzeria or restaurant setting
- 3 to 5 years of experience making pizza in a fast-paced pizzeria or restaurant setting
- Food handler's license preferred
- Ability to follow standardized recipes
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and pastry-making process
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of NYS, local and federal food handling and sanitary laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a pizzeria or restaurant
- 3 to 5 years of pizza making experience in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with baking techniques and pastry-making process
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to deliver courteous and prompt customer service
- Proficiency in English
- Capable of managing and training staff
- Understanding of inventory control and operational standards
Job Duties
- Manage Pizza Department operations in compliance with company policies
- Manage staff schedules and training
- Oversee inventory and stock control
- Prepare pizza, dough, and sides according to gourmet recipes
- Fulfill orders from in-person, phone, and online customers
- Operate cash register for transactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
