Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday 4 PM to close plus some weekday shifts starting at 4 PM
- must comply with all health and safety regulations
- able to work 25-30 hours per week
- capable of performing physical tasks including lifting and standing
Job Qualifications
- previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good teamwork skills
- punctuality and reliability
- willingness to learn pizza-making techniques
- basic food safety knowledge is a plus
Job Duties
- Stretch dough to prepare pizza bases
- assemble pizzas with various toppings
- operate ovens safely and efficiently
- prepare ingredients for toppings and salads
- perform end-of-shift closing duties including sweeping and mopping kitchen areas
- close down the pizza line ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next shift
- adhere to health and safety codes throughout work shift
