Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory

Job Duties
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for preparing meals quickly and accurately
- preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats
- monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times
- preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes
- monitoring inventory and notify Shift Leader when orders for more supplies as needed
- cleaning workstations before and after pizza preparation
- ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use
- plating or packaging pizzas accordingly
- managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers' orders are completed in a timely manner
- prep food for use on next shift
- assist with food preparation tasks as needed
- collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- communicate effectively with Leader any customer concerns, complaints, product requests, etc
- wear appropriate uniform, footwear, name tag and maintain cleanliness of the uniform
- maintain a safe environment when dealing with any and all cooking utensils
- sweep, mop, and organize coolers and other areas of the kitchen
- maintain a clean, safe, organized and well-stocked restaurant to ensure restaurant is presentable
- must be able to work as an integral part of a team, assisting and communicating effectively with co-workers
- protect the assets of the company
