Must be at least 18 years old to use mixer and food processor
Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment

Job Duties

Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using the specific Flippers methods
Making and managing fresh dough made on-site and cold fermented for a minimum of 48 hours
Weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to recipes, using various kitchen utensils and equipment
Receiving calls for delivery or takeout orders
Cleaning as you go
