Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing and able to work all stations in-store such as making menu items, assisting customers on phone and in-store, and expediting orders
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Ability to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills
- Ability to enter orders using computer or touch screen
- Operate all store equipment
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas
- Prepare products
- Receive and process telephone orders
- Clean equipment and facility daily
- Ability to work under various physical conditions including exposure to different temperatures, fumes, and confined spaces
- Required physical abilities including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and hand coordination
- Ability to perform duties involving use of computers, telephones, calculators, and food preparation tools
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work ALL stations in-store including making menu items, assisting customers, and expediting orders
- Ability to perform basic math operations accurately
- Proficient in using computer keyboards or touch screens
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate teamwork and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Take and process orders using telephone and computer touch screens
- Assist customers on the phone and in-store with menu item selections
- Make menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Expedite orders promptly to meet quality and timing goals
- Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery to storage and work areas
- Clean equipment and store facilities on a daily basis
- Operate all necessary store equipment including ovens and scales
