Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble high-quality pizzas following our recipes and standards
- operate and maintain pizza ovens ensuring proper temperature and cooking times
- monitor and rotate pizza dough to maintain freshness and quality
- coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient execution of pizza orders
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment
- collaborate with other culinary team members to develop new pizza flavors and specials
