Job Duties
- Accurately take orders and answer guest questions with courtesy
- operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- utilize POS systems to process orders and manage sales
- assist guests with menu selections, make recommendations, and upsell items to enhance their experience
- prepare fresh pizza dough and toppings, including slicing, chopping, and portioning ingredients
- follow recipes and food preparation standards, including accommodating special requests
- ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations while preparing and serving food
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including dining spaces, prep stations, and kitchen equipment
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- provide prompt and friendly assistance to guests by answering questions and resolving concerns
- monitors the ovens and baking process
- removes food products from the oven, cuts and packages food items correctly and quickly
- ensures final product quality and accuracy
