Job Duties

  • Accurately take orders and answer guest questions with courtesy
  • operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
  • utilize POS systems to process orders and manage sales
  • assist guests with menu selections, make recommendations, and upsell items to enhance their experience
  • prepare fresh pizza dough and toppings, including slicing, chopping, and portioning ingredients
  • follow recipes and food preparation standards, including accommodating special requests
  • ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations while preparing and serving food
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including dining spaces, prep stations, and kitchen equipment
  • collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
  • provide prompt and friendly assistance to guests by answering questions and resolving concerns
  • monitor the ovens and baking process
  • remove food products from the oven, cut and package food items correctly and quickly
  • ensure final product quality and accuracy
