- Food handler's certification preferred
- Proven food preparation and food handling experience
- Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures

Job Duties
- Record and fill orders with quality customer service standards
- Check quality of pizzas before serving to guests
- Be knowledgeable of quality control requirements for packaging and production operations
- Handle inventory conscientiously to avoid damage or adulteration
- Visually inspect overall appearance of finished products to meet specifications
- Monitor code dates, labels, seal integrity and product quality throughout processes
- Prepare pizza dough
- Accurately complete daily production batch record entries
- Maintain a neat and clean workspace
- Perform all operations in accordance with facility SOPs
- Assist in efficient production and packaging operations for scheduled runs
