Job Duties
- Preparing and baking made-from-scratch pizzas
- ensuring only quality finished products are served to our guests
- loading and unloading pizzas into and from the oven as needed
- following proper cutting, traying/boxing, and garnishing guidelines for each unique pizza size and style
- using proper portioning utensils and following recipe guidelines
- working cooperatively with other kitchen team members, servers, and management
- maintaining an overall clean environment
