Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cooking or culinary arts
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders at once
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily, or as needed
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend

Job Duties
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings
- Pull and stretch dough, gauge proper timing and proofing
- Cook pizzas to order, including sour dough crust
- Package pizzas for customers
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Follow food safety and health regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment like pizza ovens, grills, and fryers
- Receive and process customer orders
- Assist with inventory management
- Prepare other menu items like wraps, burritos, and bowls
- Adhere to special requests and diet orders
- Monitor inventory and communicate with supervisor when stock is low
- Train other cooks in the preparation process
- Check quality of pizzas before serving to guests
