Job Duties
- Interact with guests as appropriate
- perform all opening, closing, change of shift or early out duties as assigned
- be in full uniform at the designated time and workstation
- work all counter stations in either scramble or station system
- assist guests with carrying pizzas or holding doors
- give orders to guests within the 6-minute service time
- perform duties of cashier or prep person as needed
- follow sanitation, food handling and safety procedures
- read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures
- make all products following portion charts and performance standards
- wrap pizzas properly and repeat orders to guests
- give verbal baking instructions and thank guests
- keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
- perform duties of runner or dish person as directed
- perform other job-related duties as directed
