Job Duties
- Learn and become knowledgeable about the Sal's Pizza menu to confidently answer customer questions and provide recommendations
- Perform all assigned duties including food preparation, dough stretching, preparing toppings, making pizzas, taking and fulfilling customer orders, folding pizza boxes, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation
- Safely handle food and accommodate guests with specific food allergies
- Maintain and follow all food safety and sanitation standards at both Sal's Pizza store locations and mobile food trucks
- Adhere to company standards for personal conduct, including uniform guidelines, grooming, punctuality, and required PPE compliance
