Job Requirements
- Must be able to work in full uniform at designated workstation and times
- ability to perform opening, closing and shift change duties
- capable of providing excellent guest service within time standards
- knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- ability to perform multiple roles including cashier and prep person
- ability to maintain assigned area cleanliness and stock levels
- must read and understand guest check procedures
- ability to follow instructions from supervisor
- physical ability to assist guests as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service experience is an advantage
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- basic math skills for handling guest checks
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- Interact with guests as appropriate
- perform all opening, closing, change of shift or early out duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
- be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time
- work all counter stations in either the scramble or station system
- assist guests to carry pizzas out to their car or hold doors
- provide order to guests within the six-minute door-to-door service time
- perform duties of a cashier or prep person as needed
- follow excellent sanitation, food handling and safety procedures
- read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures
- make all products following portion charts and prescribed procedures within performance standards
- wrap pizzas properly and repeat orders to guests
- give verbal baking instructions to guests and thank them
- keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
- perform duties of runner or dish person as directed
- perform any other job-related duties as assigned
