Job Requirements
- Must be of legal working age
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to follow sanitation and safety regulations
- must be reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is an advantage
- ability to interact professionally with guests
- basic math and reading skills
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Interact with guests as appropriate
- perform all opening, closing, change of shift or early out duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
- be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time
- work all counter stations in either the scramble or station system
- assist guests by carrying pizzas out to their car or holding the door open
- deliver orders within 6-minute door to door service time
- perform duties of a cashier or prep person as needed
- follow excellent sanitation, food handling and safety procedures
- read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures
- make all products following portion charts and prescribed procedures within average time
- wrap pizzas properly and repeat orders to guests
- provide verbal baking instructions and thank the guest
- keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
- perform duties of runner or dish person as directed
- perform any other job-related duties as directed by immediate supervisor
