Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or customer service preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- punctuality and reliability
- willingness to perform multiple roles and duties
- ability to work shift schedules including nights and weekends

- ability to read and understand instructions and procedures
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- basic math skills for guest check handling

- commitment to excellent sanitation and safety standards
Job Duties
- Interact with guests as appropriate
- perform all opening, closing, change of shift or early out duties as assigned
- be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time
- work all counter stations in either the scramble or station system
- assist guests by carrying pizzas to their car or holding the door open
- give orders within the 6-minute door-to-door service time
- perform duties of a cashier or prep person as needed
- follow excellent sanitation, food handling, and safety procedures
- read, understand, and utilize proper guest check procedures
- make all products following portion charts and prescribed procedures within performance standards
- wrap pizzas properly and repeat orders to guests
- give verbal baking instructions and thank guests
- keep assigned area neat, clean, and well stocked
- perform runner or dish person duties as directed
- perform any other job-related duties as directed
