- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Interact with guests as appropriate
- perform all opening, closing, change of shift, or early out duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
- be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time
- work all counter stations in either the scramble or station system
- assist guests by carrying pizzas to their car or holding the door open if necessary
- give orders to guests within the 6-minute door to door service time
- perform duties of a cashier or prep person if required
- follow excellent sanitation, food handling and safety procedures
- read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures
- make all products following portion charts and prescribed procedures within the average time described in Performance Standards
- wrap pizzas properly and repeat orders to guests
- give verbal baking instructions and thank guests
- keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
- perform duties of runner or dish person as directed by supervisor
- perform any other job-related duties as directed by supervisor
