  • previous food service or restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods

  • ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures

  • must be in full uniform and present at designated workstation on time

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred

  • ability to read and understand guest check procedures
  • willingness to perform various roles such as cashier, prep person, or runner
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Interact with guests as appropriate
  • perform all opening, closing, change of shift, or early out duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
  • be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time
  • work all counter stations in either the scramble or station system
  • assist guests by carrying pizzas to their car or holding the door open if necessary
  • give orders to guests within the 6-minute door to door service time
  • perform duties of a cashier or prep person if required
  • follow excellent sanitation, food handling and safety procedures
  • read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures
  • make all products following portion charts and prescribed procedures within the average time described in Performance Standards
  • wrap pizzas properly and repeat orders to guests
  • give verbal baking instructions and thank guests
  • keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
  • perform duties of runner or dish person as directed by supervisor
  • perform any other job-related duties as directed by supervisor
