Job Duties
- Interact with guests as appropriate
- perform all opening, closing, change of shift, or early out duties as assigned
- be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time
- work all counter stations in either the scramble or station system
- assist guests with carrying pizzas to their car or holding the door open
- give orders to guests within a 6-minute door to door service time
- perform duties of a cashier or prep person as needed
- follow excellent sanitation, food handling, and safety procedures
- read, understand, and utilize proper guest check procedures
- make all products following portion charts and prescribed procedures within performance standards
- wrap pizzas properly and repeat orders to guests
- give verbal baking instructions and thank guests
- keep assigned area neat, clean, and well stocked
- perform runner or dish person duties as directed
- perform any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor
