Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- must be at least 16 years old
- reliable transportation to and from work
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to work as part of a team
- strong customer service skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- basic math skills for handling guest checks
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- punctual and reliable
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Interacts with guests as appropriate
- performs all opening, closing, change of shift or early out duties as assigned
- be in full uniform at the proper workstation at the designated time
- works all counter stations in either scramble or station system
- assists guests by carrying pizzas to their car or holding doors
- delivers orders within six-minute door to door service time
- performs duties of cashier or prep person as needed
- follows sanitation, food handling and safety procedures
- reads and utilizes guest check procedures
- makes products following portion charts and prescribed procedures
- wraps pizzas properly and repeats orders to guests
- gives verbal baking instructions and thanks guests
- keeps assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
- performs runner/restock or dish duties as directed
- performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor
