Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to follow sanitation and food safety standards
- basic math and reading skills for order accuracy
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- interact with guests as appropriate
- perform all opening, closing, change of shift or early out duties as assigned
- be in full uniform at the proper workstation on time
- work all counter stations in either scramble or station system
- assist guests by carrying pizzas to their cars or holding doors
- give orders within 6-minute door to door service time
- perform cashier or prep duties when required
- follow excellent sanitation, food handling and safety procedures
- read, understand and utilize proper guest check procedures
- make all products following portion charts and prescribed procedures
- wrap pizzas properly and repeat orders to guests
- give verbal baking instructions and thank guests
- keep assigned area neat, clean and well stocked
- perform runner or dish person duties as directed
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
