Job Duties
- Ability to prepare pizza dough by kneading and stretching according to Oak & Stone standards
- add toppings according to order or recipe
- monitor the temperature of the pizza ovens
- manage pizza cook time in the oven
- slicing and plating pizza according to standard
- following company recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
- coordinating pizza orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
