Job Duties
- Prepare pizza dough to specifications and ensure optimal quality before baking
- Select and prepare high-quality ingredients for toppings to enhance flavor and presentation
- Assemble pizzas efficiently and in accordance with our menu and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area
- Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve perfect pizza results
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients as needed
