Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Job Duties
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings following standardized recipes and portion guidelines
- stretch, toss, and shape pizza dough to desired size and thickness
- maintain consistent quality, presentation, and portion control across all pizzas served
- ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of ingredients to minimize waste and maintain freshness
- clean and sanitize workstations, ovens, utensils, and prep areas in compliance with food safety standards
- support the kitchen team during peak hours with prep, plating, and other culinary tasks as needed
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations
