Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • one year of experience, but not required as we do in-house training
  • excellent time management and teamwork skills
  • Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Job Duties

  • Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings following standardized recipes and portion guidelines
  • stretch, toss, and shape pizza dough to desired size and thickness
  • maintain consistent quality, presentation, and portion control across all pizzas served
  • ensure proper storage, rotation, and labeling of ingredients to minimize waste and maintain freshness
  • clean and sanitize workstations, ovens, utensils, and prep areas in compliance with food safety standards
  • support the kitchen team during peak hours with prep, plating, and other culinary tasks as needed
  • follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations
