Job Duties
- Prepare pizza dough to specifications and ensure optimal quality before baking
- select and prepare high-quality ingredients for toppings to enhance flavor and presentation
- assemble pizzas efficiently and in accordance with our menu and customer preferences
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area
- monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve perfect pizza results
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
- assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients as needed
