Job Requirements
- Willingness to come to work consistently and exhibit the Toppers Way
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Capability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- Prep for day and night shifts by making dough and cutting fresh veggie toppings
- Stock ingredients in the various workstations
- Greet guests by making them feel welcome
- Take orders by accurately using the point-of-sale system, processing cash and/or credit card transactions
- Follow recipes to prepare delicious food
- Ensure kitchen and store cleanliness by complying with food sanitation requirements, properly handling food, and ensuring correct storage
