Job Duties

  • Own the pizza station from start to finish—prep, cook, plate, repeat
  • Set up and stock your station with confidence and minimal supervision
  • Work with seasonal, high-quality ingredients and perfect your craft while learning new techniques
  • Collaborate with our chefs to help develop exciting new menu items
  • Cross-train and master multiple stations such as grill, saute, fryer, or garde manger
  • Keep your space spotless and organized—because great food starts with a clean kitchen
  • Take part in both daily upkeep and deep cleans of equipment and prep areas
