Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or restaurant environment
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- physical ability to handle heavy equipment and long hours on feet
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work well under pressure and in a team
- commitment to maintaining food quality and guest satisfaction

- previous experience in a culinary or food service role preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain food quality
- protect the quality of the guest experience
- maintain morale and performance of line
- offer support and constructive criticism
- notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- help execute effective communication from and to all lines
- help maintain 25% of food cost by managing portion control and minimizing waste
- cooperate with the rest of the staff
- follow all health and safety regulations
- perform other duties as assigned
