Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- able to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive hand movements
- able to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and over 51 pounds occasionally
- able to work in noisy environments and near mechanical parts
- able to work scheduled and unscheduled shifts including nights and weekends
- must provide documentation as required by state laws
- valid driver’s license, insurance, and vehicle if performing delivery duties
- willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards

Job Duties
- Perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take orders
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
- act with a sense of urgency in all tasks
- work as a team and assist others
- be punctual for shifts
- support other workstations
- complete closing duties including cleaning
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- accurately use the PROFIT System
- process cash, check, and credit card transactions
- support sales efforts through suggestive selling
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
