  • at least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results
  • committed to creating a great workplace culture
  • passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • possess honesty, energy, motivation and fun attitude
  • have a vision for restaurant excellence and team success
  • set high standards for self and others
  • capable of handling fast-paced restaurant challenges
  • at least 18 years old
  • possess a valid driver’s license
  • have reliable transportation
