  • at least 2 years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail with financial responsibility
  • ability to create a positive workplace culture
  • commitment to excellent customer service
  • energetic, honest, motivational and fun personality
  • at least 18 years old
  • valid driver's license
  • reliable transportation
  • desire to learn and grow
  • ability to handle daily operational challenges
