Job Requirements

  • At least two years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
  • Ability to foster a great workplace for the team
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Honest, energetic, motivational and fun personality
  • Vision for the perfect restaurant and ability to lead team to realize it
  • Willingness to face and thrive in challenges
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Genuine desire to learn and grow professionally

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence
  • Capability to handle operational and administrative tasks effectively
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead teams to meet business goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Train and develop new and existing employees
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
  • Manage inventory and orders to optimize resources
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
  • Support the General Manager in daily operational tasks
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
