Job Requirements
- At least two years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail industry
- Ability to foster a great workplace for the team
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service

- Willingness to face and thrive in challenges
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
- Train and develop new and existing employees
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory and orders to optimize resources
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Support the General Manager in daily operational tasks
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
