Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one plus years of culinary experience in a commercial kitchen, pizzeria, or bakery preferred
- ability to follow standardized recipes and procedures
- capability to work in fast-paced, high-volume settings
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- availability for flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP)

Job Duties
- Prepare pizza dough daily according to company recipes and production needs
- maintain consistency and quality in dough texture, rise time, and weight
- monitor dough fermentation and ensure proper storage and handling
- operate mixers, dough dividers, and other related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and health standards (HACCP)
- coordinate with kitchen staff and supervisors to meet event timelines and volume demands
- maintain a clean and organized dough prep station throughout service
- assist with general kitchen duties as needed during event operations
