Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- must have an acceptable motor vehicle record
- must have a satisfactory vehicle
- must be able to work long and flexible hours including nights and weekends
- must be cross-trained and able to perform other restaurant duties
- must comply with uniform and appearance standards
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- bilingual in certain markets is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- customer service experience desired
- basic cash management skills
- ability to follow operational procedures
- strong communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to work as part of a team
- physical ability to meet job demands
Job Duties
- Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation
- check orders for quality and accuracy
- follow proper delivery procedures
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction
- complete workstation duties including making products and preparing ingredients
- work as part of a team supporting other workstations and completing closing duties
- process order paperwork and payment transactions accurately
- execute cash management duties and use the PROFIT System
- support sales efforts through suggestive selling and distributing promotional materials
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards
