Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation preferred
- ServSafe certification or equivalent knowledge of food safety standards is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to the Spectrum Center location
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to standardized recipes and portion sizes
- Operate pizza ovens and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the event
- Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as assigned
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other concession workers
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests at service counters
