Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to standardized recipes and portion sizes
- Operate pizza ovens and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines such as proper food handling, storage, and labeling
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the event
- Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as assigned
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other concession workers
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests at service counters if applicable
