Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food preparation or pizza making preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to standardized recipes and portion sizes
  • Operate pizza ovens and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area
  • Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines such as proper food handling, storage, and labeling
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the event
  • Assist with prep work and other kitchen duties as assigned
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other concession workers
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests at service counters if applicable
