Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours as needed
Job Qualifications
- Experience in back of house cooking roles such as line cook, chef cook, sauté cook, or grill cook
- Ability to prepare food quickly and accurately in a high volume setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high quality customer service
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Operate kitchen equipment including ovens and grills safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to manage kitchen workflow and maintain a clean workspace
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with team members and customers
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for kitchen operations and food quality
