Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a fast paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in back of house cooking roles such as line cook, chef cook, sauté cook, or grill cook
  • Ability to prepare food quickly and accurately in a high volume setting
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering high quality customer service

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
  • Operate kitchen equipment including ovens and grills safely and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to manage kitchen workflow and maintain a clean workspace
  • Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with team members and customers
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for kitchen operations and food quality
