Job Duties
- Hand stretch dough and cook 18 inch New York style pizzas
- Work organized and efficiently in a fast-paced high volume environment
- Lead cook team to complete tasks and provide direction and training
- Maintain and abide by County Health and Sanitation standards
- Ensure all equipment and tools are in proper operating condition and are cleaned regularly
- Communicate with management and staff about any issues or concerns
- Perform other related duties as required
