Job Duties
- Hand stretch dough and cook 18-inch New York style pizza
- work organized and efficiently
- lead cook team to complete tasks and provide direction and training
- maintain and abide by County Health and Sanitation standards
- ensure all equipment and tools are in proper operating condition and cleaned regularly
- communicate with management and staff about any issues or concerns
- perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
