- prior experience in a kitchen or pizza cook position preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment

Job Duties
- Hand stretching dough and cooking 18 inch New York style pizzas
- work organized and efficiently in a high volume environment
- lead cook team to complete tasks and provide direction and training
- maintain and abide by county health and sanitation standards
- ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and cleaned regularly
- perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required
- communicate with management and staff about any issues or concerns that may arise
